Is there a fee to join My Condom Club?

No, you only pay for what you order.

What if I don't need condoms every month?

You can select the frequency you want deliveries.  Every month, every other month, every 3 months etc.  You can always “skip” a shipment by clicking “skip” on your account page.

What if I don't know what kind of condom I want?

You can select the “assorted” condom selection.  It contains our most popular styles and you can try them all.  Then you can change your order for your next shipment on your account page.  Or keep it set for the “assorted” selection if you like the variety!

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Yes, follow us on social media Facebook, Twitter, Instagram for our current promotions.

How do I cancel my membership?

We would hate to lose your business.  However, you can cancel anytime from your subscriptions page.

What does 100% satisfaction guarantee mean?

We are sure you’ll love our products and our service.  But, if for some reason you don’t, we will refund you in full.

What is your return policy?

Due to the highly sensitive nature of our products we do not accept returns.  However, we do have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Shipping

Do you charge for shipping?

Absolutely not!  Shipping is always free at MyCC.

When will my product ship?

MyCC guarantees shipping 3-5 business days.  However, most orders are shipped next business day.

How do I track my shipment?

You will receive an email confirmation with your shipping info and a tracking number. Click here to view your orders page.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Not at this time.  But we are working hard to have that capability soon!

What payment types do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX and PayPal.

Go to your account payment methods page. Clicking billing info and update your payment information.

How do I change my address?

Go to your accounts addresses page.  Click edit on shipping or billing info and update your address information.

What if I want a smaller quantity of condoms?

We sell our condoms in packs of 24 because it allows us to keep costs such as shipping to a minimum.  We can then pass those savings on to you as a customer.  When creating your account you can choose the shipping frequency that works best for you: Every month, every 2 months, every 3 months etc.  You can also skip a shipment or freeze your account any time.

Why do you carry ONE brand condoms?

ONE condoms provide the absolute best quality condoms.  They also have a fun and exciting brand with over 270 different designs and reflect our values as a company.

What if you don’t carry my favorite condom?

We carry a wide variety of condoms in the ONE and Trojan brands (the absolute best in the industry).  Contact us specifying your favorite brand/style is and we can recommend a similar style that we carry.

What if I want to change my regular order to a different type of condom?

Easy, just go to your account order page.  Click on My Orders then edit your order to the product you want.
